The data processing related to the information request form takes place at the company’s registered office and is handled, using electronic means and after adopting appropriate security measures, by staff assigned to data processing at the relevant office.

Type of Data and Purpose of Processing

All personal data provided through the Site will be processed lawfully and fairly to provide the requested services and to respond to users’ communications and questions, always in pursuit of Zanoletti Spa’s institutional purposes.

    It is possible to send requests and communications through the contact addresses listed on the site. Providing such data is mandatory, necessary to respond to the submitted requests, and to re-contact the sender to obtain clarifications regarding what was reported.

    This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment. Browsing data is acquired not for the purpose of identifying users but solely to collect anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and its services.

Users can exercise their rights at any time as provided by Article 7 of the Privacy Code, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data, to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration or updating, or correction. Under the same provision, the User may also request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.
